Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept returns and exchanges.

Post Order Changes and Cancellations 

Your order will be handled and set to ship very quickly after you've placed your order, therefore you are given a 1-HOUR window to make any post-order changes or cancellations after your purchase. This applies to ALL orders. Please email info@shopmuse.online within this timeframe. No exceptions will be made.

Coupons and Discounts 

We are not responsible for any coupon codes or discount codes prior to purchase that the customer had forgotten to enter upon placing order at checkout. After placing the order, we can no longer issue you the coupon discount if you had forgotten to apply it.
